Hi. I called Autodesk and Derik faxed me a list of about 50 files that I had to delete by hand then reinstall it again. Now it works sometimes. I usually have to cold boot, then run it first thing upon windows start up. I think a big part of my problem is just not enough ram though. When I was getting the flipper errors and still do sometimes it say flipper caused a gp in QTNOTIFY.EXE. Quick Time for Windows is it????? Do you know what QTNOTIFY is? Now as I am working on a file (EDITOR WINDOW) all of a sudden I crash out to a DOS prompt. Thanks for your help. Paul.
