#NURBS Modeler

I would love to do a plug-in, but we dont have info on the new
NT/IPAS-interface yet.
The nurbs modeler will be shipped with a PXP-routine that allows modelling
inside 3DS and loading of the premodeled object into the modeler.

I put a featurelist in the IPAS forum last week.
