<<<- what motion capture systems can it except data from (I know bio vision, any others, we are particularly interested in polhemus ultratrak system) >>> Mainly it depends on how the motion file has been captured, and translated. Say for instance if you were to capture through the SGI it will work if the translation is done properly. Puppeteer supports it's own file *.ipt. puppeteer also supports *.txt , *.asc *.aoa, *.vpm, and *.trc. Now the text and ascii file really depend on how it was acquired and translated. If tour interested I can up load a couple motion files so you can see how the file format is. <<<<< – can you use it for facial expression (lip sync etc) – ie can it do face level deformations. – how much does it cost and what version is it now on. >>>>>> Right now Schreiber is up to version 1.10 and will not be any updates until around the end of August. Yes it will let you capture face tracking data and in the newest version it comes with a AXP for vertex deformation. This is on the vertex level not face level . This allows the user more control on the deformation. The price is around 600.00 no charge on upgrade. I hope I answered your question. If you have any more please ask and I'll answer. Mike
