With a pencil & paper (like a caveman) draw sections of what the site might
look like at points a,b,c (or for higher res d,e,f,g…). Place the dwg of
multiple sections on your digitizer and trace them in. offset each object and
create faces by latching to the points.
-or- break out your Wavefront, make a flat mesh x-res x y-res and apply one of
thier 30 or so deformations ( twist, taper, skew, x, y or z bend, etc…) oh
yeah, these can be applied to the data or in keys over time. Translate your
.obj file to .dxf and vvwaa-laa. (it may have cost you 20,000 more, but you
saved 3 hours).
