Barry, The WIN.INI file is supposed to be automatically updated the first time you run the AAWIN player. It is possible that this is not set up properly if you try to access it via GOLD DISK's players. I would suggest doing the following: Download WINPLA.EXE (If you don't have it already). After extracting the file (IT is a self extracting archive) run the AAPLAY.EXE file that starts the Windows player. This archive will also extract the MCI driver, but it does not automatically install it. Follow the instructions in the doc file to manually intall the MCI driver. If it is still not working properly, then go to the file manager, highlight an FLC file, and then choose FILE/ASSOCIATE and choose the AAPLAY.EXE file to associate those extensions with the player utility.
