Stack Faults
"stack fault errors with Phar Lap: … Bare Bones configuration"
It's odd that a bare bones config does the same. Does "bare bones" mean the
same to you as it does to me? (Brian and I differ slightly on this one.) It
helps if you have DOS 6. If so, boot up with the F5 function key trick -press
it once when you see the "Starting MS DOS…" message.
Go to your DOS directory, run SCANDISK or CHKDSK /F in all the directories used
by 3DS.
Start 3D Studio – I don't think the mouse is needed for this diagnostic
approach. You can <Q>uit and <Y>es to get out by keyboard.
Has 3D Studio been changed in any way (e.g. running CFig386)? It might be
worth while reinstalling.
Also, are you doing anything special with Liquid Speed or the Vibrant drivers?
