Jeffrey, a couple of comments on forum etiquette and common sense. You seem to be repeating the same basic messages 3 or more times, quite frequently. This clutters up the forum and is not necessary since most of the regulars, like me, read almost every message when we can. We don't need to read it 3 times to understand the point even though we are a bit slow <g>. Looks like you are doing some major cutting and pasting with your messages – well please cut it out <g>. Also it sounds like you may be paging out to disk. Hit the ? key after a rendering and see if you have any swap file or page faults. If so, more RAM would help. BTW, Condolences to your mother <g>.
