#Underwater effect
Dear Folks;
I need some help creating an animation. I'm creating an under water scene of
the ruins of the lost city of Atlantis. I have the geometry created and have
the story board in mind. I need help creating the scene so that it look's as
though it is under water. It would also be nice to have slivers of light
shimmering thought out various places. Could you and or some else provide me
with some tips?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
