<continuation> There should be a "find file" option that searches through subdirectories. There should be a "mark file with string" option – IE type in "Interceptor" and the program should step through all files in the current directory (and including any subdirectories) and mark the files containing the string. The operation should be able to be aborted with ESC or some other keystroke. When performing operations with files, it should be a toggle whether to keep those files marked or not. User-defineable buttons should be completely supported, without weird anomolies like garbling the buttons in certain cirumstances (like the much-heralded DiskMan) or the inability to pass parameters. Logical and physical devices should be supported. Clicking the button, and holding and dragging the mouse should mark multiple files, and support scrolling through the directory on the screen. Well that's all I can think of right now. 🙂
