Vic, it may take some time. We are incorporated as a not-for-profit
organization in the state of Ohio and that was handled by a lawyer-friend and
it may take several weeks to get ahold of the right people. I do have a copy of
our club conststution, but only a printed copy. (I have an OCR at work, maybe
