David, I use to say similiar things about these automated CIS programs until I tried Whap!, now (as the song says) I'm a believer. I like having control too, but I also like getting as much out of CompuServe for as little as possible. And I am not a recent subscriber either, I was one of the Beta Testers for MicroNET – the precursor to the CompuServe Information System – and that was a few years ago. Geo
