I will send the sample printout, but I would like to also mention that I hacked up a program to get rid of all the switching between text and graphics modes, assuming that that was the problem, and the gaps are still there. Like I said, in standard mode the graphics look fine. It would have been nice if you had mentioned something in the announcment of the upgrade that that feature might not work with some printers. To anyone else reading this: does the mixed graphics and NLQ text work on your printer? Thanks for the reply. Mike
