I'm sorely afraid that they do, and it is just not a satisfactory replacement. It may be possible to write simple little programs in AREXX, but there is very little available in the way of help or instruction for it. People like to use BASIC for little databases, educational stuff for the kids, little games and puzzles, etc., and those are really not suitable subjects for AREXX – nor for C. BASIC is the best thing for them. I sometimes feel that Commodore has decided that anyone who does not love C does not deserve to have an Amiga. So, maybe I do not deserve to have one…… ……Betty
