I had to replace my 1000 when it was 2 weeks old. The floppy disk
connector doesn't seat tightly on the motherboard. I have to re-seat it
every 6 months. Other than that, it's worked great for 5 years. The SCSI
connector on the 3000 seats loosely, this will be more devastating when it
loosens up as it will probably trash the hard driev:(. er drive
