But it ain't the heat — it's the humidity! An electrically warmed box
would not per se be any less humid than a cool one. In fact, a warm box
will contain more water in its air than a cold box at the same RH. Maybe
what we need is a box with a little dehumidifier built in (solar powered,
of course.) :^) On the other hand, maybe nuking works because the ink
dries faster on heated paper and can't wick as far before it dries. I
think we should enlist a physicist, a thermodynamicist, and a chemical
engineer in this discussion before we go any further. — Mike
