ARexx Problem…

I am sooooo confused! I received ARexx v1.10 in the mail today and, of
course I immediately loaded it into my system. Everything seems OK except
when I run SLFTEST.REXX. I get the following error:
+++ Error 14 in line 11: Requested library not found
This is apparently in response to the line 'addr = allocmem(4000)'. I am
having no luck figuring out what is wrong. I checked all the libraries and
everything appears to be fine. For example I perform the LOADLIB
libs:rexxsupport.library in my startup sequence. I don't fully understand
the library functions LOADLIB and RXLIB, but both are in my
Startup-Sequence file along with REXXMAST.
Got any clues? I'm bummed because I can't figure it out.
