John, a few rather major corrections. First, the AT BridgeBoard costs
significantly over $1,000, more like $1,300.
Secondly, the Amiga 300 was DEFINITELY designed to be BridgeBoard
compatible! There are IBM slots in there. The problem is that the current
BridgeBoards don't work right on the machine according to Commodore,
although I have a local dealer who swears he got it to work. Apparently the
combo isn't solid yet. You can be sure Commodore isn't planning on leaving
it that way!
