John: Because as I recall it with the A1000, if you had to do an addmem 200000 2fffff when rebooting, it was "good bye, vd0." Of course, its been awhile. The problem may have been elsewhere. In any event, I have no difficulty with either of two A2000s if I want to use vd0. The introduction of the RAD device is probably the main reason PK doesn't bother supporting vd0. He wrote it before there was much of an ASDG. That, plus an advanced 2 Meg memory board sort of helped put him on the map, so to speak. FACC was another of his products that was released commercially. I purchased it and have been very satisfied. *That* is the one I wish he would support! I would be more than happy to purchase an update that permitted its use on a hard drive. Regards Tom
