#Repair messed-up DL?
I've DL'd a GIF file from a local BBS…either the file or DL got messed
up. Seems 128 bytes of garbage got appended to the BEGINNING of the file;
I found the GIF header at location $80, instead of $00. Any way of
"throwing out" the first 128 bytes of a file?
