Agreed Loyd, just not doing biz there anymore is certainly a complaint…. … but, wouldn't it be better to write a short memo to the company and say, "I checked your store out, and decided not to shop there, because you don't carry enough (amiga software/amiga business software/non-game amiga software/amiga books/mags/etc). Just thought you'd like to know why I'm not a customer, so you can do something about it if you care." If we take as a given that we all benefit from good amiga dealers, then the above would at least let them know what they need to do to get your business back. Customers voicing concerns and suggestions is one way a dealership can improve, no? Actually, once when I did that the store manager called me up and asked for further info, so that they would be in better tune with their customers. Years ago, actually (apple // days). But I was impressed enough to go back and try again. They did improve, until they went bankrupt 🙁 –jp–seattle–
