Michael: AFM's are a necessity, not just nice, because you can't output to
PostScript from PgS without them. I think you meant PFB files. Screen
outlines were added in v2 because kerning headlines without outlines is a
waste of time. I like zooming in to 400% and getting the kerning right, the
first time.
