"Not a DOS disk in Unit 0" may mean that the system is looking not for an
amigaDOS disk but an MS-DOS disk. That's what usually happens when I've got
an emulator or CrossDOS running. Put your MS-DOS boot disk in DIO: (or IBMA
or whatever) BEFORE booting IBeM.
