We tried to balance fairness with fiscal soundness. In the long run
if we make the Galileo owners happy, they may become future VRLI customers.
I am still not satisfied that we give as good of service as I would like us
too, but I feel that we do as well as is possible. (given the need to sleep
about 6 hours out of every 24. <grin>)
