I think you misunderstood what I said, since your message doesn't seem to relate to what I said. Since Denny said that the nixing of enhancer kits came from Ali, not Dionne, most likely Commodore Intl (the one that chooses what gets produced in the first place) has decided not to make enhancer kits available until they can outproduce new unit sales. — Ethan P.S. I do agree that Ali may be concerned about the cost of free upgrades. That simply says to me that upgrades are lower on the priority list than putting the chip in new machines.
