Betty, Dpaint IV is scheduled to ship sometime in September, the Software is finished and being built. Upgrade price will be $67.00 and retail price for new owners will be $179.95, with a street price lower than that, I would imagine. There is a free 2.0 update for current Dpaint III owners to version 3.25 of Dpaint III. You can contact EA Warranty at 415-572-2787 on info for that. For ordering DPaint IV or further upgrade information contact EA Direct Sales at 1-800-245-4525, I believe they have some special offers for those that order the upgrade early, ask them about it. Those registered DPaint III owners should have or will be soon receiving something in the mail about upgrades. I would encourage everyone that reads this that has or knows anybody with illegal versions of DPaint to seriously consider buying this version, we really don't want this to be the last incarnation of Dpaint, but the sad truth is that many, many copies of this software get pirated all the time. I hate to bring things up like this, and don't want there to be a lengthy discussion on this, so this is all I have to say on the subject. I welcome all questions you might have on Dpaint IV.
