Ethan, Haven't you read all the messages from folks who ordered 3000s under the powerup program and have been waiting weeks for delivery? Wouldn't that indicate to you that 3000 production was stopped at least for some time period? While I certainly agree that it's normal for production to run in "spurts", that is…run for a month or two and then stop for a month or two (or more). Production lines can make the machines faster than dealer's can sell them. It's also not unusual to allow inventories to lower at the end of the fiscal year (which for Commodore is June 30th). So there's no reason for me to disbelieve that 3000 production was stopped, and based on the large number of backorders (my dealer has several folks waiting for up to a month for product), there's also no reason for me to disbelieve that production wasn't resumed until very recently. As to selling a product elsewhere, but not in the US. There's lots of examples of that. The SideCar was available lots of places long before it was available in the US. I believe the 1500 is a Commodore product (rather than a 3rd party product) and it's not available here. Don
