Well how much is hard to answer. I've seen one you could build for under $40.00 if you can handle surface mount. Look in 73 Magazine within the last 4 months for the Micro ATV transmitter article. To purchase the devices prebuilt you are probably looking at $125.00 and up. Not including cameras. But remember, you must have a valid Amateur Radio ( HAM ) license to operate these transmitters. But, with NO-Code Technician license now available, that's not a problem. There was also an article in a past Radio Electronics on a pretty high powered ATV transmitter kit / construction project.
