Victor– I think that someone else has answered your question about running MS-DOS software on the Amiga. However, if you consider Windows software to fall under the MS-DOS heading, you'll find that you cannot really run it well under any of the present schemes, if at all. I believe that the AT Bridgeboard will not run it correctly; the ATonce board should prove very anemic for this sort of thing, even though it is supposed to run Windows. IBeM, the shareware software emulator, works pretty well but runs like an original IBM PC/XT, perhaps slower. If you are going to get an Amiga, find out if there is Amiga software that can do the job for you. If so, it will run much better. Also, if you bundle your PC software with the PS/2, you'll probably be able to pick up Amiga software with the software proceeds – its much cheaper than MS-DOS analogs.
