I cant let this pass….I believe that the Amiga is a better platform
because the multitasking is HARDWARE based to software based as with the
Windows in the PC area.
I went to the loca;l PC Power store to see a demo of Harvard
Graphics, which seems to be given top billing in the MAC/PC mags.It had a
very accessable "charts" setup and could generate very good looking charts.
BUT!!!!!!! the guy took several JUST to find the Anim. demo because of
its funny command entry to find the directory…..ie there was no NO Icon
type requester that we have become so used to in DPaint etc.It was funny to
watch this bloke struggle in front of a "potential" client,trying to
remember were/how to get to it.The animation ability when he finally found
it was pitifull compared to even a simple DP Anim brush…..and sslllllooow
They want just over a $1000.00 for it here.
You all seem to be more concerned with the company than the
better product that they sell.
The PC/Windows platform just is not up to it for my $$$$!
