Chinon CD ROM Drive??

Tim, you might be able to use your Chinon CD Rom drive. There is a company that sells driver software, I believe called Hypermedia Concepts, for various CD drives and SCSI controllers. But I'm not sure if the Chinon drive or Supra controllers are supported. Seems to me that it is very limited on the controllers it supports. Xetec uses a Chinon CDS-431 CD Rom drive, and their software does support the Supra "Wordsync" controller, but you might have a tough time purchasing the software seperately.
