not happen when I was on GEnie.
So yes, SysOps get free online time to do the job they are doing and for
the most part they are rewarded fairly. As much as I would like to
believe that SysOps are volinteering to leap into pits and fight dragons to
the death for the Amiga community never looking back at the rewards
provided, I just can't. SysOps are SysOps because they want to be SysOps
and because they can be. Being a SysOp is not just having the capability
and understanding, but also knowing somebody–like another SysOp!
So to those who disagree with me, disagree with me, but respond with
arguments supporting your side–not with remarks inferring that I am
clueless and should be ignored.
