Ok…very old A1010's (Amiga external drives) also may exhibit this
behavior. I've got a very early A1010 here, and had adjusted the speed on
it slightly slow many years ago. I too saw the write errors crop up when
copying a lot of files. I reset the speed to spec and tried it several
times…worked fine after the adjustment with my limited tests.
