Darron, Gosh, I think the problem is that GVP is very prolific and in most cases when they have introduced a new product we dont get one and there is some time before we realize that there is a problem. I assume that GVP might be aware of the problems that you are having and in most cases will have a fix. If they dont, then we have to go to plan two and we have to try and work our way through the problem with you and GVP. I hope they know about the problem and have a fix because the other process will most likely take longer than you want to wait. And I wouldnt blame you. Let me know what GVP says. Mike
