Great, I am very glad to hear it. Please, lots (any?) of screen shots. I am a
programmer myself, and since I work for a smallish company, we write a lot of
our own documentation as we go along. Personally I think the users suffer for
it, although I try to give as much info as I can, It's definately not a full
time effort, and it leads to user frustration and loads of phone calls to tech
support (guess who does that also.).
