David, To upgrade a registered user (which I presume you are, even if you've never actually played with it) is $20.00, regardless of version. Call (800) 852 6442 and order the upgrade that way. If you never sent in the registration, do so now, because until we physically get that registration, we can't help you out. Also, a fax or a photocopy will not do; the registrations are specially prepared so that we can't be foxed by photocopies, it has to be the real thing.
