CIM is a front end for live online CIS sessions. Whap! is automated CIS
forum/mail software that lets you set things up offline and then executes
your dedsired forum activities (messaging, library cataloging) and Email
automatically. Then you can read and reply to mail and messgaes offline
(without incurring connect time charges) and select files for downloading.
It is more along the line of TAPCI$ than CIM. A fully functioanl demo of
Whap! is available in the ATI/WHAP! library of AmigaTech. If you like
Whap!, the cost to register is $49.95 (or something like that). Whap! saved
me more than the registration fee in the first month of use!
