Neither Tom nor Dan spend any time on the networks. The deal is that they write the code and I communicate with the outside world. They don't have to go to meetings at Autodesk either. That's how I keep them productive. I'm sure you wouldn't want their productivity to take a hit due to spending time hanging out on the forum, right? Any free time they've got right now is best spent out-of-doors, getting in some high-quality analog time. – G
