#Looking for Files
I recently attended the Image World conference in Long Beach where I was
exposed to two supposed shareware programs which looked very exciting. I
was told I could find them here on C-serve. They are: "Dave's Targa
Animator" (supposed to reduce 24-bit color Targa's to 8-bit GIF's and use a
good dithering system for best color reduction).. The other – Paintshop
Pro, an upgrade of the former "Paintshop", which ran under Windows and
itself was a dynamite file conversion program. I've searched here and in
the Graphics forum and can find neither. Any leads would be appreciated.
