I've noticed something about 3DS that is a little wierd. I have a multifunction optical disk drive at work set up as drive G: and a CD-ROM drive at home also set up as drive G:. (Both machines have stacked C and D drives and E and F as the unstacked partitions on these drives) I start 3DS from a batch file on both machines, typically: D: CD \3DS2 SET RDPADI=….. SET VTPADI=….. 3DS CD \ C: If I start the program at work with the MO cartridge out of the drive, or at home with or without the CD-ROM in the drive the little "G" button dosen't show up in any of the file selector panels. Also, since one of my MAP paths points at the CD-ROM drive I get a message complaining about the directory not existing. If I put the MO cartridge in **before** I start 3DS, I get the "G" button. If I log onto the CD-ROM drive and then run the 3DS batch file, I get the G button and no path complaints. If I add: G: DIR to the top of the batch file at home, everything works. Ideas??? Chris
