Henry, As I understand it, running NoFastMem removes all the remaining FAST memory from the available free memory list so that only CHIP memory is left to be allocated to other programs. It doesn't care whether the FAST memory is 16 or 32 bit memory, just that it's FAST memory as opposed to CHIP memory. David
