Richard I'd heard there'd been a bit of `bad-blood' between Adobe and Gold-Disk in the early days … and it's probably true that this is the main reason why CompuGraphic support was provided, plus the fact that a CG font engine was fairly readily available. I agree 100% with your comments about G-D … they have _massive_ potential in ProPage, and could indeed knock spots of Quark (which I met for the first time just recently, and was pleasantly surprised) but I just feel that the will is not there, and that they are spoiling the ship for a ha'p'orth of tar.
