Rich, I have had my problem files with PMKr for MAC. Mostly it boiled down to Adobe Illustrator art in them that caused the VT4300 to choke. Many times the art had to be resaved with (oh I can't remember the exact wording) a feature turned on that broke up the vector drawing's path into segments. Or save the Illustrator as an 88 version instead of 3.0x. I did like to extract the embedded ART files from a client's job though. Got my Visa and Mastercard artwork that way!. Course I could've made it myself, but hey, that's what secret tips are for! That was my specialty, getting errant files to print. But I'm no PS guru, just a mechanic. B^) chris
