Mike, I sure hope that PgS provides the ability to externally handle graphics _real _ soon! This is an absolute must. This area of pre press is exploding faster than I can believe. Right now, I _must_ make the choice between splitting my jobs between Pgs on the Amiga, and either ProPage on the Amiga or Quark on the Mac. Staying on the same platform is an advantage, but working in a program that allows me to deal with large graphic files is essential to my survival. A few years ago, I switched to PgS for the single reason that it could handle type 1 fonts. Now inability to easily handle large files is becoming the test for not giving a program a vote of confidence in this industry! I don't know any Mac users anymore who don't work with, or don't expect others to be able to handle halftones. Everybody's got a scanner, or access to one. I hope that Soft Logik is listening. Rich
