Mark, Well…. OK they didn't exactly hang up. but that's how I felt! The operator would not answer any of my questions or give me the name of anyone at C= who could help. She coldly told be that I should contact my dealer and made it clear with her tone that I was wasting her time. this was after I told her my dealer had been unsuccessful at trying to get the rom towers. So, No she did not hang up on me. Sorry if I gave the wrong impression. Thanks for the help offer. I will email you. Patrick
