I don't recall any sarcasm in Mark's reply to you, only the suggestion that you may not be aware of how difficult it can be to sell software, and that the packaging of software can help in that endeavor enormously. At least that's how I read the message. Tim, I think that everyone who chooses to participate here is doing so of their own free will, and while everyone has their own reasons for participating, I seriously doubt that anyone is participating for the sheer joy of knocking someone else. Expressing one's opinions, especially when they differ from others opinions is tricky enough when you are face to face, and it's that much harder when you are just quickly typing replies like here in the forum. Please try to give others the benefit of the doubt with regard to their motives… just because someone disagrees with you, and says so, doesn't mean that they don't want to hear what you have to say!
