Chris, Thanks for that info. Looks like I'll start using Pro Page again. I'll just create the CG version of the type 1 fonts that I need as I create each new document that (also) has halftones on it. That will be a lot easier than creating the document in two programs (one to handle the text and the other to handle the halftones). The question will be, which will happen first – my hard drive fills with fonts or PgS finally supports external graphic handling! PgS will remain my main page layout program, at least for a while. Maybe I'll get to like Pro Page again. Maybe it will actually get real type 1 support. Does Pro Page have the editing capabilities of Pgs – that is global replace one typeface (font) with another? This capability is a MUST. Rich
