FADE ing
Page 14-3 and 14-4 of the manual discuss FADE parameters which provide
processor independent FADE by inserting video frame sync'ed delays
This is the ONLY way to achieve a processor independent fade, and
unfortunately, the only way to get a reasonably quick fade is to select it
to step only 4 or 8 times in the transition, instead of the smoothest 16.
This is due to the fact that the 60ths of a second sync can slow a 16 step
fade more than desirable.
