Tobin, I am really not the one to direct questions to. I am very new to this myself. I will tell you that without the help of the sysops on this forum I would not be having any of the successes I have been experiencing. I am sure they will tell you not to hesitate to ask any questions of them (even if you think they are dumb questions). Welcome to the world of telecommunications. You will love your modem. You could take a look in the different libraries and see a host of programs available to you to download. (Downloading is easy, it is what to do with a file after you have it that I am learning now.)
