Martin, I may have a solution that won't require upgrading your system, or paying Black Belt the _real_ cost of developing a gate-less version of IP. Since we know ADPro allocates all available memory at startup, and never gives it back, why not keep IP running and bring _ADPro_ up and down? Do some processing in IP, save the file, flush all buffers, bring up ADPro, do some processing, save the file, quit ADPro, tell IP to do some more processing, ad infinitum. You only had to start IP once, and there you go. Blaq!
