Gee, thanks for mentioning me by name. I _almost_ repsonded to their posting when I saw it, but decide not to, since I wouldn't be willing to move _BACK_ to NV. :^) I actually worked with some of the Westwood guys a few years back when they were finishing up DragonStrike for the Amiga. SSI shipped the project leader (Brett Berry) and myself out to Vegas to do some final testing on the product in the final weeks before it shipped. At the time, I was very impressed with their skill and determination. Their later development of products like EOB only reinforced my initial impressions. I thought the timing of their message was particularly humorous, as I just got back from the CES show in Vegas (where I ran into a bunch of old cronies from SSI…:^) All said, having just spent 2 days in Vegas, I'd be interested in doing contract work for them, but the thought of relocating back to NV (I lived in Reno for 8 years) sends cold chills down my spine. BTW, the Luxor is a pretty cool hotel. We stayed there, and they've got a really cool motion control ride. I haven't tried the Star Tours ride, but my girlfriend said it was much better! If you're going to Vegas, it's worth staying there. (It's right next to the MGM [with the other motion control ride], and the Excalibur [the medieval theme casino – though it's looking a little shabby these days].) Keep On Toastin' Erik Flom
